I have read everything I can in English, and watched about a dozen videos on YouTube, all in Japanese, and based on my observations, these appear to be the rules for the card game.
Deck Construction:
A deck consists of exactly 40 cards, a mix of Base Minions, Field Minions, and Magic Cards. Force Cards are not considered part of the deck.
While a Player may possess more than one Deck, for a given Match or Tournament they must choose and play only one Deck, which they cannot change between games. However, before each game they may select a different pair of Forces.
A Force has an initial Life Cost of 2, 3, or 4 and an Ability. There are 9 different Forces, each of which is available to all Players, and are not considered part of the Deck.
A Game is played between two opponents.
First, each Player must secretly chooses two Force to use for that game. They may choose any of the 9 Forces, and may choose the same Force twice, in which case they have a duplicate of that Force. Each player has an Initial Life Total of 12 Life. Each opponent pays the Life Cost for the two Forces they have chosen, and places one to the left and right of their Player Life Total. Set the Player to 12 minus the Life Cost of the Forces that Player chose, and set the Life Total of each Force to it's Life Cost.
Each Player then draws 6 cards from their Deck. They may choose up to 3 cards to remove from their initial hand, shuffle these back into their Deck and draw back up to a hand of 6 cards.
Randomly decide which Player goes first.
Players alternate taking Turns. A Player loses if their Player Life Total reaches 0.
Each Turn the Current Player carries out three phases in order, then play passes to their Opponent, who then becomes the Current Player.
1) Mana Phase:
You may add either a Base Minion from your Hand, or a Token from the Supply to the Base in the Ready state. The Base represents your Mana, which is used to pay the Mana Cost to Summon Field Minions or play Magic cards. Base Minions produce Mana of the Color of that Minion, while Tokens produce Colorless Mana. Active Minions or Tokens in the Base may produce Mana by being rested.
I will resume this later, but who will help me?
